Comillas University
Foundation for
International
Education
Our mission is to educate persons to become world leaders and top professionals, people committed to find lasting solutions to end poverty and injustice around the world in accordance with the goals of Jesuit education. We work with individuals and institutions willing to share what they have learned, outline what remains to be learned, and wish to protect and preserve that which is good, and enduring for humanity.
In keeping with its mission to support the scholastic endeavors of young people, especially students from Africa and other developing nations Comillas University Foundation for International Education will award a 4,500 dollars grant (of which $3,000 covering the scholarship plus $1,500 for travel allowance) to college or university education students from Nyumbani, Kenya. This scholarship will be used to pay tuition and accommodation expenses for the Inside Washington Law, Development and Diplomacy program held in Washington D.C. at Georgetown University from July 14th until August 4th 2012. Dear friends, Comillas University Foundation for International
Education (Comfie) welcomes you to its new webpage. We would
like our success to be measured by the intellectual excellence
and by how effectively we prepare young professionals and future
leaders to reach out and help those most vulnerable in our global
community.
Our mission is to create a better future for all thru our educational
opportunities and outreach programs where we focus on giving,
more than receiving, sharing, more than taking, and in building a
more just world.
On Tuesday, July 13th, 2010 we launch
our webpage at
Georgetown University in Washington, DC and thank the many
wonderful corporations, individuals and institutions that allow us
to expand our mission thru educational projects and service to
others.
